Mix up 2 eggs in a deep plate with a fork.
In another deep plate put in some whole wheat flour (about 1 cup for 6 fishfilets) and 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
Put 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in the flour.
First put the filet in the egg mixture and turn it over. Then put it in the flour mixture. Make sure there is flour all over the fishfilet.
Fry the filets on a heated pan in half butter and half oil.
